For best results your Gua Sha should be used once per day. However you can still see results when using it 2 - 3 days per week. Start with using it a couple of days per week then increase this to daily use.

Yes the golden rule is to use an oil or moisturiser before using your tool to give glide and prevent skin tugging.

The simple answer is yes, it can be an effective tool for aiding the removal of a double chin with regulate use. 

Which is better Gua Sha or jade roller?

A facial Gua Sha tool can be more effective than a roller as you have more control on where and how to use it. It can be used to sculpt and can be used to fit perfectly to each section of your face. 

How do I clean my Gua Sha tool?

Using warm water a little gel cleanser and wash over. Now dry and its good to use again and again.

Should I keep my Gua Sha in the fridge?

No you don’t have to put your Gua Sha in the fridge but it is highly recommended for that extra cooling effect to help with depuffing! Leaving the tool in the fridge for at least an hour is the perfect pamper.
